Today is National Peanut Butter Day. Since we are a peanut free household there is no better way to celebrate today than with a peanut free penguin!
Our cute Roly Poly Penguin is so easy to make!
I used a large circle cookie cutter
to make his body. Spread your chocolate "nut" butter over the bread. We used I.M. Healthy chocolate soynut butter
(peanut free and nut free). Using our nesting circle cookie cutters
we cut a circle of white cheese for the penguin's belly and another smaller circle of bread. Cut your small bread circle and those small semi circles will be your penguins wings. We used edible candy eyes for his eyes and carrots were for his hair, nose and feet. So easy to make and he is so cute! :)

National Peanut Butter day but he would also be an awesome snack to make to celebrate World Penguin Day! (April 25th of every year) :)
